Welcome to Fluidly, a design-as-a-subscription service. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fluidly and constitute a legal agreement between you ("you", "your") and Fluidly ("we", "us", "our").
By accessing or using Fluidly, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.
Fluidly offers multiple subscription plans at fixed monthly rates. The features and pricing of each plan are outlined on our website. By subscribing to any plan, you agree to the monthly charges and features associated with that plan.
Payments are due on a monthly basis, starting from the day of your initial subscription. We accept debit and credit cards, and all transactions are securely processed.
Each design task requires a certain number of credits, as specified on our website. Credits are used to quantify and process design tasks within the scope of your subscription plan.
Any unused credits will roll over to the next month as long as your subscription is active.
You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will no longer be billed, but any unused credits will be forfeited.
All designs delivered to you as part of the subscription are 100% yours once created and published. You are granted full ownership rights, including the right to modify, distribute, and display the designs.
You are entitled to an unlimited number of revisions for each design task, provided that the revisions fall within the scope of the original task description.
